At FineryEmbroidery, we want you to love your custom home decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. Please note that personalized or custom-stitched orders are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization Number.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all linens and embroidered products are clean, unwashed, and securely folded.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned embroidery, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
